I wonder if you can help me,this sounds all facinating but I heared losing weight quickly can cause wrinkles and loose skin.
does it apply to cho yung tea aswell?I would hate to achieve my weight loss goal only to be disappointed by seeing unsightly wrinkles and loose skin.please help

UMM I am confused.. why would you need to go on a diet? You weigh 6 and half stone.
It really concerns me that you would worry about your weight when you are already underweight.
Perhaps speak to your gp.
I am using the cho yung tea at the moment – I notice that I feel better, feel trimmer and have a very flat stomach * trim hips from it (you know the love handles/squishy muffin tops – they have near enough disappeared) I only needed to lose a few pounds and although it hasnt actually done that i feel trimmer and clothes look better.
Jasmine you have no need to diet if you are 6.5 stone unless you are REALLY under height? Anyone under the age of 16-18 should contact their GP and discuss best weight loss ideas. At the age of 14yrs you are more than likely not getting enough exercise and therefore feeling flabby (untoned) or if you are prone to obesity then you definitely want to discuss this with your GP and get control of it now before it was to get out of control however – 6.5 stone is very underweight for a grown woman – now you arent fully grown so it could even be puppy fat (I swear it does exist and give it a few yrs and the childish puppy fat does go!) Whatever the case, see your doctor and they’ll help
