Exercise to Aid Colon Cleansing

Colon cleansing is an important part of staying healthy. As our colon is the organ where food waste and other toxins are stored before they are removed our of our body, it is important to keep it clean. If we don’t, the very same waste and toxins that should be eliminated from our body might enter our system and poison us. This will lead to chronic diseases and a weaker immune system. But there aside from the standard colon cleansing, there is another way we can get rid of toxins from our body. It’s sweating.

That’s right, if we exercise, we are helping our body stay clean, thus making colon cleansing a whole lot easier. The following are good exercises that you can try:

1. Walking or jogging in the park. You can do this alone or with a friend.
2. Various outdoor activities such as horseback riding, fishing, hiking, rock climbing, and many others.
3. Yoga and stretching. This may sound subdued but yoga really does make you sweat.
4. Martial arts such as Aikido, Tae Kwon Do, Ninjitsu, karate, and Jiu Jitsu are effective ways to sweat, too.
5. Various sports. Any sport that you enjoy and makes you sweat will help you get rid of toxins in your body.
