Enzymes are present in the raw form of fruits and vegetables. However, when we subject the raw vegetables to numerous processes and refines, the percentage of enzymes gets drastically reduced. This results into low intake of enzymes via our food. Therefore, we must look for supplements that can replenish our body’s vital needs for enzymes.
