Don’t Join The Clogged Colon Club!

If you are feeling lethargic, listless and totally without energy, yet otherwise you are fit and in great shape, something is wrong. Feeling tired is perfectly OK if you can justify it. Listen To Your Body

We should listen to our bodies more often because they will tell us everything we need to know. I don’t mean they will explain what is happening to us like a friendly GP or your ripped personal trainer might. What I mean is the body will tell us when we are feeling good or bad, happy or sad and sick or well and we should be able to deduce why. When it becomes a mystery, we need to start investigating.

The first place to check is the bedroom. If your bed is comfortable and clean, the next question is are you using it enough? Insufficient sleep causes a ton of other problems and makes existing ones worse, so get lots of sleep. If you are sleeping right, head for the bathroom.

On your way to the bathroom, spare a thought for what goes into your body. Anyone reading this will most likely be taking good care of themselves and eating right, or at least aware they need to make some adjustments and are in the process of doing so. If it isn’t what’s going in, then it has to be on the way out that the problem begins.
