Colon Clogged? Clean With Soap And Water!
There is no better cleansing agent for your colon than water. It is one of the colon cleansing agents Nature gave us, yet so called civilization has made pure h2o a rare commodity. If you lived near a glacier in Alaska you might trust the water but most of us don’t live anywhere near there. The good news is, it doesn’t matter how pure the water is, so long as it is clean and safe for human consumption.
How Much Water Should We Drink?
Studies show time and time again that most of us simply don’t drink enough water. We drink it mixed with coffee, tea, fruit juice, soda and alcohol but by itself? Not enough and rarely ever enough. The actual amount of water an adult should consume in a temperate climate varies from expert to expert, but somewhere between 2-3 liters, say six pints or so, is about right.
Colon Cleansing Starts With Water
The flushing of the body’s digestive system is like flushing the radiator of a car, or changing the oil. It is vital to good health, digestion and absorption of the nutrients in the food we consume. If we spend a fortune on supplements and yet our colon is clogged, we are wasting our money because we simply can’t absorb them efficiently. Regularly flushing our system with clean water gets rid of the toxins and food waste that builds up over time. Combined with some roughage like cereal, bran and so forth, we can scour the colon safely and painlessly, yet still get rid of most of the waste products. For the stubborn stuff that refuses to go, we need the soap!
‘Soap’ for the colon is any one of the reputable colon cleanser products you can purchase online or through your local health product outlet. Used alone, even the best colon cleansing product will struggle. A bit like trying to work up a lather without using water. Add water in the form of regular flushing through adequate daily consumption and you are well on your way to a sparkling clean colon!
